Course Units
Upon successful completion of both the online and face-to-face components, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following two nationally recognised units:
- PUAFER005: Operate as Part of an Emergency Control Organisation
- PUAFER006: Lead an Emergency Control Organisation
- CPPFES2005: Demonstrate First Attack Firefighting Equipment
These units are delivered in accordance with Australian Standards AS 3745-2010 (Planning for Emergencies in Facilities) and AS 4083-2010 (Planning for Emergencies in Health Care Facilities).
Course Structure
Blended Learning Format. We offer a flexible learning experience through a blended delivery model:
3 Hours of Online Learning:
- Complete the theory portion at your own pace from anywhere in Australia

2 Hours of Practical Assessment:
