Our CPR Training Course Details

Express Course – Face to Face Practical

Students complete pre-course learning online before attending a face-to-face practical session of up to 1 hour with their trainer. This express course is suitable for individuals with prior CPR or first aid training, including those working in healthcare or related industries.

The practical session focuses on hands-on CPR assessments. Completion of the pre-course learning helps students refresh their knowledge and prepare for the assessment. All theory components, including multiple-choice questions, must be completed prior to attending the in-person session. This format allows for efficient and effective training while maintaining compliance with national standards.

Pre-Course Learning

The online pre-course learning consists of presentations and multiple-choice questions designed to prepare students for CPR training and assessment. This component ensures that participants understand the theory before attending the face-to-face practical session.

Students may also choose to complete the pre-course content using a hard copy workbook or in class with a trainer if arranged in advance. However, 95% of students and instructors prefer the online method as it is more convenient and cost-effective.

Upon enrolment, students receive immediate access to the online learning platform via email. The course can be started straight away and completed at your own pace before attending the practical session.

A Statement of Attainment is issued on the same day following successful completion. This certificate is valid for 12 months and satisfies one unit of competency from the Health Training Package (HLT07):
