  • Understanding the concept of mental health and its impact on overall wellbeing.
  • Recognizing the importance of addressing mental health in the workplace.

  • Exploring the signs, symptoms, and impact of depression on employees.
  • Providing strategies for creating a supportive environment for employees with depression.

 

3. Anxiety:

  • Identifying common anxiety disorders and their effects on workplace performance.
  • Offering practical tools for managing anxiety and promoting a stress-free work environment.
